Anna Bumseng Selected for Commonwealth Sport eqUIP Skills Academy

Team Vanuatu has congratulated Commonwealth Games Association intern Anna Bumseng following her successful selection into the Commonwealth Sport eqUIP Skills Academy.

Anna will travel to Glasgow during the 2026 Commonwealth Games as part of a Commonwealth-wide team of young sports administrators helping to organise and deliver Games-time operations.

Her selection is a significant achievement and reflects the growing opportunities available for young Ni-Vanuatu professionals within sport administration and event management.

While Team Vanuatu's athletes compete on the field of play, Anna will gain valuable international experience behind the scenes, learning from some of the best sporting administrators from across the Commonwealth.

The experience will provide an important opportunity to develop skills, build networks and contribute to the successful delivery of one of the Commonwealth's largest sporting events.

Team Vanuatu looks forward to seeing Anna represent Vanuatu in Glasgow and wishes her every success in this exciting opportunity.
